Waves Running Cap first 200 entries.

Location:  Kapps Mountain Lodge and Venue 20km east of Windhoek. 

Distances:

Enduro: 1km/28km/8km

Sprint: 600m/14km/4km

Super Sprint: 300m/4km/2km

Distances may vary slightly.
